Cute Clothes, Charitable Purpose
Sep 26, 2012 |It isn't very often that we hear the story of a business giving back to those in need--especially in the fashion world. Outward appearance is often something associated with a selfish mindset, one consumed by material things. This, however, is not the case for our newest line of trendy clothing for your tiny lady.
Persnickety clothing began as a few pieces here and there, hand sewn and displayed at a farmer's market for Utah natives to enjoy. After a visit to Nicaragua for some charitable work, the founder's husband decided it was time to build a clothing business that would give back to those in need. Connections were made, and Persnickety began to employ home sewers to help with the construction of their cute tops, bottoms and frocks. Based on the American Dream, the company enables those in need to create a chance for a better life, in turn providing stylish pieces to boost the confidence of little princesses near and far.
We love the fun colors and funky prints featured in the Persnickety collection. In fact, if we could squeeze ourselves into these Bohemian-inspired dresses and look as sassy cute as your little girl will, we'd make our fashion dreams come true!
Cute clothing with a charitable purpose: doesn't that make shopping sound even more worthwhile?
